These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CreatorBet.io("CreatorBet.io," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use CreatorBet.io. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including rules related to gambling promotion, affiliate marketing, and consumer disclosures.

You may sign in using supported third-party providers such as Discord or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your connected accounts secure.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or the platform.

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish through the Service, including branding, text, links, bonus codes, and media. You grant CreatorBet.io a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for the content on your public site, including affiliate disclosures, bonus terms, leaderboard rules, and compliance with partner or casino program requirements.

Paid features are offered on subscription plans shown on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply.

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for fraud, spam, malware, or unlawful gambling promotion
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as permitted by law
• Misrepresent affiliations, odds, bonuses, or payout terms to users
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others

The Service integrates with third parties such as authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and casino or affiliate APIs. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, APIs, or partner programs.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATORBET.IO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by other appropriate means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
